This formula describes the velocity of an (ideal) rocket after burning m1-m units of fuel with a starting velocity of 0.

m_0: initial mass of rocket, including fuel.

m_r: remaining mass

v_exh: speed of exhaust when leaving the rocket

m_0: initial mass of rocket, including fuel.

m_r: remaining mass
